Responsible for following directives of certified school personnel and carrying through with all activities deemed appropriate by the teacher who has classroom instruction and management responsibilities.Adheres to all building site procedures classroom management rules and routines as well as safety practices and procedures.Adheres to federal laws state regulations district policy including maintaining confidentiality of all information regarding students.Provides required records (time sheet, additional progress monitoring data to the benchmark data, RTI, and other data used to demonstrate growth of participants).Assists teacher in ongoing assessment of students identified for additional instructional support/tutoring.Provides further reinforcement of skills as prescribed by the teacher.Work collaboratively with teacher(s) in determining supplemental instruction to be implemented with students identified for additional support/tutoring.Provides one on one or small group support in extended time programs to students identified for additional instructional support/tutoring.
